At 12:28 on 9th December, three fire engines from Chorley and Leyland attended a domestic building fire located on Maltby Square, Buckshaw Village. Whilst in attendance, firefighters used four breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a positive pressure ventilation unit to bring the fire under control.
Update 13:50 – crews have now left this incident. They were in attendance for approximately one hour.
