At 22:24 on the 12th August 2023, three fire engines from Burnley and Nelson attended a domestic building fire on Hawley Street, Colne. Firefighters are wearing breathing apparatus and used one hose reel. One casualty was conveyed to hospital by North West Ambulance Service. Crews were in attendance for two hours and fifteen minutes.
