Fire crews from Darwen and Blackburn attended a fire at a domestic property on Holden Fold, Darwen. Fire crews assisted one casualty from the property and extinguished the fire using two breathing apparatus and a hose reel. The casualty was left in the care of the ambulance crews at the scene for precautionary checks for smoke inhalation. Firefighters were in attendance approximately 45 minutes.
