At 04:38 on the 2nd October 2022, three fire engines from Fleetwood, Bispham and Blackpool attended a domestic building fire on Bulkhead Drive, Fleetwood. Firefighters used one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire and treated two casualties who were suffering from smoke inhalation before handing the casualty over to the care of the North West Ambulance Service. Crews were in attendance for one hour and thirty minutes.
