At 10:43pm on 12th February, two fire engines from Ormskirk attended a domestic building fire on Plumpton Lane, Halsall. Fire crews used one hose reel, one main jet, a 10.5m ladder, a thermal imaging camera and lighting to tackle the fire. They were in attendance for around ninety minutes.
