Fire crews from Lancaster and Morecambe were called to a domestic property on Whiteray Road, Lancaster late on 18th September. When firefighters arrived they found the fire in a first floor room of the property. Four firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire and clear the property of smoke. Crews were in attendance approximately 2 hours and there were no casualties reported.
