Firefighters from Skelmersdale attended reports of a fire at a domestic property on Brandreth Drive, Parbold. The fire involved a candle however it was out on arrival. Crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a ventilation unit to clear the property of smoke. They also used a thermal imaging camera to check for any signs of hot spots of fire spread. There were no casualties reported and they were in attendance approximately one hour.
