At 01:17 two fire engines from Preston attended a fire at a domestic property on Farringdon Lane, Preston. The fire was from a pan on a hob that was out on arrival. Firefighters used a positive ventilation fan to extinguish the fire and were at the scene for ten minutes. There were no reported injuries.
