Two fire crews from Preston and one from Fulwood attended reports of a building fire on The Paddock, Preston, where it was believed there may have been people trapped. Thankfully when crews arrived all persons were accounted for and firefighters began tackling the fire. The fire involved a first floor flat which four firefighters tackled using breathing apparatus, one hose reel and one ventilation unit. Fire crews were in attendance approximately two hours and the cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
