At 03:25 on 14 July, two fire engines from Preston and Penwortham attended a domestic building fire on Oxford Street, Preston. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus at this incident. Two casualties received treatment from the crews before they were placed in the care of paramedics. Crews were in attendance for an hour.
