Firefighters from Preston, Bamber Bridge and Fulwood were called to reports of a fire at a student accommodation block on Moor Lane, Preston. The fire was out on arrival of crews however the building was smoke logged. Firefighters used a ventilation unit to clear the smoke and they were in attendance approximately thirty minutes. There were no casualties reported.
