Three fire engines from Blackburn and Hyndburn responded to a domestic fire on Burton Street in Rishton.
Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, one hose reel, and a positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire.
Crews remained at the scene for approximately one hour and ten minutes.
No injuries were reported.
