At 05:43 two fire engines from Fleetwood and Bispham attended a fire involving a first floor bedroom in a domestic property on Thornton Gate, Thornton Cleveleys. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. One casualty was conveyed to hospital for a precautionary check. Firefighters were in attendance for an hour and fifteen minutes.
