At 20:38 two fire engines from Morecambe and Silverdale on Brookhouse Road, Brookhouse. The fire was on the ground floor of a detached property. Crews used two breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the fire. There were no casualties however the residents sought alternative accommodation for the evening.
