At 11:33pm on 15th December, three fire engines from Blackburn and Darwen attended an incident on Fishmoor Drive. The fire involved a mid terraced domestic property. Firefighters used six breathing apparatus, two jets, one hose reel, lighting, thermal imaging camera, positive pressure ventilation unit and a triple extension ladder to extinguish the fire. Crews were at the scene for forty five minutes.
