Firefighters were called to reports of a domestic property fire on Wilton Rd, Burnley. When they arrived they found the fire involved the first floor of a terraced property. Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. One casualty suffered a slight burn and was thought to be suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation and so was taken to hospital by ambulance crews for treatment. Firefighters were in attendance approximately two hours and twenty minutes.
