Fire crews from Chorley and Bamber Bridge attended a fire at a domestic property on Yarrow Road, Chorley. The fire involved a shed which had spread to the kitchen of the property. Four firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used two hose reels, two thermal imaging cameras and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire along with a triple extension ladder and some small tools to make the scene safe. One casualty at the scene was given a precautionary check from ambulance crews at the scene. Crews were in attendance approximately two and a half hours.
