At 15:56 on the 14th August 2023, two fire engines from Lancaster and Morecambe attended a domestic property fire on Princess Avenue, Lancaster. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hoe reel jet, a dry powder extinguisher and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for fifty five minutes.
