At 02:55 on the 12th December 2022, three fire engines from St Annes and South Shore attended a domestic property fire on Poachers Trail, Lytham St Annes. Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used one hose reel, a triple extension ladder and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire. Two causalities were conveyed to hospital by North West Ambulance Service. Crews were in attendance for four hours and fifty minutes.
