Fire crews from South Shore, and St Annes attended reports of a fire at a property on St Andrews Road North, Lytham St Annes after the caller reported seeing smoke in the property. Crews located a fire in the bedroom of the property and used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire and clear the property of smoke. Firefighters were in attendance approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. There were no casualties reported.
