Three fire engines from Morecambe and Lancaster attended an electrical fire in the basement of a three storey domestic property on Edward Street in Morecambe. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used one hose reel to extinguish the property. One casualty was treated by ambulance staff for smoke inhalation.
