At 22:02 on 17th March 2023, three fire engines from Preston and Tarleton attended an incident on Acre Grove, Much Hoole. The fire involved the kitchen of a domestic property. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel, and ventilation. Crews were in attendance for approximately one hour.
