At 10:15pm on 13th April, two fire engines from Nelson attended an incident on Branch Street, Nelson. The fire involved the bedroom of a domestic property. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus , one hose reel and a positive pressure ventilation fan to extinguish the fire. Crews were at the scene for one hour.
