At 19:48 on the 8th May 2023, three fire engines from Preesall, Blackpool and Bispham attended a domestic property fire on Station Road, Poulton-le-Fylde. Firefighters used a ventilation unit and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire. One casualty was treated by North West Ambulance Service for smoke inhalation. Crews were in attendance for approximately forty five minutes.
