Two fire engines from Hyndburn and Blackburn attended a fire at a house on Ribchester Road in Wilpshire. Crews used two breathing apparatus, a tool kit and a fan to extinguish the fire. There was one casualty who received first aid from firefighters before being taken to hospital via ambulance. Firefighters were in attendance around one hour and fifteen minutes.
