At 1:12pm on 12th February, four fire engines from Bispham, Lytham, Preesal and Fulwood attended an incident on Blackpool Promenade. The fire involved domestic waste burning in a commercial property. Firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire and were detained for fifteen minutes.
