Two fire engines and crews from Blackpool and one engine and crew from South Shore responded to a fire in the basement of a 3-storey house having multiple occupancy. No-one was injured and firefighters used a hosereel jet to extinguish the fire, which they believe was started deliberately. Police were notified of the suspected arson.
