Crews from Blackburn and Hyndburn were called to reports of a fire on Scotland Bank Terrace, Blackburn. The caller initially said the fire involved a property however on arrival they found the fire involved a tree outside a property. Firefighters were able to quickly extinguish the fire using a hose reel and they were in attendance approximately thirty five minutes.
