Three fire engines from Blackburn and Hyndburn were called to a flat fire on Temple Close, Blackburn. Firefighters four breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. One casualty was treated by North West Ambulance Service staff. There is an ongoing police and fire investigation
