Two fire engines from Blackburn were called to a flat fire on Roebuck Close, Blackburn. Firefighters rescued two casualties who were later treated by paramedics at the scene. The fire was extinguished used one hose reel, one breathing apparatus and a ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
