Three fire engines from Blackpool and South Shore were called to a flat fire on Regent Road, Blackpool. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Two dogs were rescued by firefighters. No other injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
