At 07:36 on 11th December, two fire engines from Chorley attended an incident on Deerfold, Astley Village, Chorley. The fire involved a garage of a domestic property. Firefighters used dry powder, four breathing apparatus, one hose reel and a positive pressure ventilation unit to extinguish the fire. They were in attendance for approximately three hours.
