Four fire crews from Nelson and Burnley attended a grass fire on Stonyhurst Height, Brierfield, Nelson in the late evening of 14th April. The fire involved approximately 100m sq of grassland and was extinguished using beaters and aqua packs. Firefighters were in attendance approximately 50 minutes.
