At 17:03 two fire engines from Fulwood and Garstang attended a fire on Sowerby Road, Inskip-with-Sowerby. Approximately ten bales of hay and manure was on fire and firefighters used three jets, one light portable pump and thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire. One casualty was treated by firefighters and they were at the scene for two hours.
