Firefighters from Ormskirk were called to reports of a fire in the open on Drummersdale Lane, Scarisbrick. On arrival they found the fire involved a hedgerow. Crews used a hose reel and thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire and check for any signs of fire spread. They were in attendance approximately thirty minutes.
