Three fire engines from Preston and Penwortham and the search dog attended a derelict house collapse on Carrington Road, Chorley. The incident involved a collapsed roof on a derelict building. Fire crews were in attendance along with Lancashire Police and the Local Authority. The firefighters worked with the Local Authority to ensure the safety of the structure and surrounding areas and were in attendance for approximately four and a half hours. This incident has now been handed over to the local authority.
