Four fire engines from Blackpool, Bispham and South Shore attended a fire involving a ground floor room in a semi-detached house on Lynwood Avenue, Blackpool. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and two ventilation units to extinguish the fire. Two people were treated by paramedics at the scene and taken to hospital. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
