Two fire engines from Fleetwood and Bispham attended a fire involving a house on Maida Vale, Blackpool at 11:33. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel and one ventilation unit to extinguish the fire which is believed to have been started deliberately although investigations are continuing. No injuries were reported.
