Four fire engines from Chorley, Horwich, Bamber Bridge, and Leyland, along with the stinger from Blackburn, attended a fire in a house on Duke Street in Chorley. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel, and a thermal imaging camera to extinguish the fire. One casualty was treated by paramedics. The cause of the fire is under investigation. Crews remained on the scene for three hours.
