Four fire engines from Lancaster, Morecambe and Bolton-le-Sands were called to a fire involving the bathroom of a house on Greaves Road, Lancaster at 15:09. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the fire which caused smoke to spread to adjacent houses. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
