Four fire engines from Tarleton, Chorley, Ormskirk and Bolton-le-Sands, and an aerial ladder platform were called to a house fire on Green Hey, Much Hoole. Firefighters used six breathing apparatus, two jets and stripped back the roof to extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
