Two fire engines from Preston were called to a house fire on Garsdale Road, Preston. Firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and positive pressure ventilation to extinguish the fire. One casualty was conveyed to hospital. Crews remained on scene for two hours. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
