Three fire engines from Burnley, Earby and Colne attended a kitchen fire in a domestic property on Bath Street in Colne. Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus used two jets and two ventilation units to extinguish the fire. Two people were taken to hospital for precautionary check-ups. Five dogs were rescued from the property.
