At 14:15 two fire engines from Lytham and St Annes attended a kitchen fire at St John’s Court, Warton Street, Lytham St Annes. Firefighters used two breathing apparatus, a thermal imaging camera and a positive ventilation fan to extinguish the fire. There was one casualty suffering from smoke inhalation and crews were at the scene for fifty minutes.
