Firefighters from Penwortham attended a fire involving a motorcycle on Liverpool Road, Penwortham. On arrival crews found the incident involved a road traffic collision between one car and one motorcycle. The motorcyclist was being treated by paramedics at the side of the road and the motorcycle was well alight. The fire was extinguished using a hose reel and crews were in attendance approximately twenty minutes.
