At 11:53 two fire engines from Hyndburn and Great Harwood attended a fire involving a fire in a domestic garage on Westwood Street, Accrington. Firefighters used one hose reel and a jet and two breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. Firefighters were in attendance for two hours and forty minutes. The fire was thought to be of suspicious origin.
