At 17:13 on 23rd February, two fire engines from Hyndburn and Great Harwood attended a fire at an outbuilding on Lower Barnes Street, Clayton le Moors, Accrington. The incident involved a tip in a derelict garage. Firefighters extinguished the fire using one hose reel and were in attendance for ten minutes.
