At 22:02 on 5th November, two fire engines from Blackburn attended an outbuilding fire involving garages on Frederick Row, Blackburn. Crews used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. They then stayed to damp down the location of the fire.
Firefighters were on scene for approximately twenty minutes.
