Two fire appliances from Colne attended an incident on Reservoir Street, Burnley after receiving reports that an outbuilding was on fire. When they arrived they found that the hut (approximately 10m by 5m) was well alight and they used one hose reel, one jet and breathing apparatus to extinguish the fire. The building was completely destroyed by the fire. Firefighters were in attendance approximately one hour and twenty minutes.
