At 15:16 two fire engines from Ormskirk and Tarleton were called to a garage that was well alight at a property on Moss Lane in Hesketh Bank. The fire was within the detached garage with fears of it spreading to the conservatory. Crews used two breathing apparatus, two hose reel jets and one thermal imaging camera to contain and extinguish the fire. Crews were in attendance for approximately two hours.
